Molding Floor

We run 3 shifts, 5 days per week.

The molding floor is heated and is air conditioned to ensure a better process.

Assembly Room

The Assembly Room usually has 1 or 2 people but we have had as many as 12 people assembling parts. This is also an area where all employees finish out their last 15 minutes each day putting something together to help take any pressure off of certain jobs at the press for the following shift or the next day.

Warehouse

The warehouse is set up for incoming raw materials, assembly parts, normal finished parts inventory and the JIT shipments staging to be shipped. The LED lighting in the warehouse uses motion sensors to only light up the area when needed.
